We spent four nights here. The interior design is fantastic, and the rooms are very functionally equipped, with luggage racks and hooks and shelves everywhere. The transport links are also excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent; we also booked dinner, but unfortunately, it wasn't impressive. If we ever travel to Stockholm again, we will definitely stay here again. Best, Dirk
We checked in around 11pm and the staff were alert and very friendly. Lovely room with amazingly comfortable pillows photographed the label as I’m very picky and I want to buy one. Very clean, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water in the room. There’s a mini fridge in the wardrobe to store any snacks. Great shower. Breakfast was great, lots of options, fresh and tasty. Very friendly morning staff. Hotel parking isn’t free but much cheaper than street parking. There’s heaps of construction outside but it’s road works so nothing they can influence. All in all we’re very happy with the experience and would definitely stay there again.
In overall I liked the hotel. But experience might really depend on your plans.nMain minus: my room was with a window 1 meter wide and 40 cm high, so it is just a crack on a wall with glass nI stayed two nights and luckily it was only nights, but if you plan to stay longer inside the room for some reason - it might be not the best experience. It’s also somewhat distant from the city center. And no one cleaned the room between the nights.nnPluses:n- they have quite good gym which is important for me.n- fantastic breakfast.n- nearby district is great - I loved walking there.n- I like walking so a walk to the center took me around 45 minutes which is ok.
I stayed at this ProfilHotels Nacka hotel from September 10 to September 11, 2025 1 night.nWhen I checked in on September 10, I was not informed that there would be a fee for early check-in. I initially paid the early check-in fee but then canceled it since I did not use early check-in.nnThe payment was charged and then refunded, but I see that the same amount the early check-in fee has been held again on my bank account. Can you please cancel this charge/hold?nnThis was very inconvenient and should be resolved more clearly for guests.
The area is under construction, but it is so easy to get around by public transport. Hotel reception staff were so friendly and helpful , with the catering staff working tirelessly with the breakfast settings.nnThe room cleaning wasnt a good standard, they just changed the towels and made the bed. The dirty cups and glasses were left and the items not replinished , so each night we had to ask for more. The bins were not emptied or sides wiped at all. But that was the only niggle the cleaning.nThe bed was Kingsize and wow it was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. My partner struggles sleeping but not once whilst there. We even took a picture of the mattress to see if we could buy it, but at £5000 think it's a no nThere was a variety of options of food for breakfast , and included gluten and vegan choices. Always fresh and constantly replaced, the bread and apricot jam was delicious.nnWould I stay there again, yes especially for the bed and the price
