Best appliance store I have ever visited and used. Fantastic service! Very friendly staff who give the customer a nice welcome. I have bought most of the things for our holiday home in Österlen from Elon Tomelilla: stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, extractor fan & heat pump. They have fixed the installations. Everything to the greatest satisfaction. Highly recommended!
It has worked out great for our family to BUY appliances and other products here for many years - everything in the house comes from this store. When I wanted advice about one of the products, however, there was no help at all to be had. I am clearly ignorant but I was treated as if I were completely unintelligent. The irritation was unmistakable.nWith this non-existent help, we will be doing our shopping elsewhere in the future!
