A shopping spree.......nThe initial SALE on items attracted people from all around Malmö. The line was always so long that a wait was for at least 40 to 60 minutes minimum.nThe staff was going bonkers but tried their best to handle customers.nThe prices were very attractive. People bought home stuff for winter season and filled trolleys and cars.

I am only giving 3 stars because it usually has enough items on stock. However, the employees there have a very sassy attitude and also many times boxes of items I have preordered looked open, probably used and returned from other customers and re-sold.

I recently encountered deeply disappointing service at JYSK and feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. Their customer service is shockingly poor, marked by misinformation and misleading policies. One clear instance of this is their home delivery service, which is advertised as delivering to your specified address, but instead parcels are left at the nearest pavement, not your doorstep. This deceptive practice reflects a concerning lack of integrity. Avoid JYSK if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Their disregard for transparency and customer welfare is simply not worth the hassle.

Great prices and wide selection of furniture and household accessories. Lots and lots of in-store bargains, particularly located in front of the tills. So, best to come early as the bargain items already get bought quickly by customers by noontime. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
