Good rates, my car was brand new. Quick process to pick up and deliver it back. Good complementary caffe and drinking water fountain.nnI received a ticket for not paying the parking fee. It is very easy and very cheap to download the application to pay public parking. I had to pay US$60 fine and then Europcar had me pay another US$30 for the service of paying the fine theirselves, since there are no way for a foreigner to pay a ticket in Sweden. They should give more clear information about public parking application.

Great place to rent from.nThe employees were very happy to help before and after picking up the car, and all my interactions with them were positive.nThere was an issue after the drop-off, an employee marked some nonexistent damage in the report, however this was sorted out over a phone call that had only a 5-minute wait time.nIn my case, providing proof wasn't necessary as the car was still on their lot, thus being able to double-check and rectify the error made within 15 minutes of the phone call.nHowever, what I recommend is to make sure you take photos and videos of the car at pickup and at drop off, just in case the car isn't available for a double check or the damage occurred after your drop-off.
Recommend to everyone who is going to rent a car from Europcar in Sweden to take a picture of the car inside when handing over the car and when returning the car. Also check the rental document for any internal damage, even though there is only space on the form to note external damage to the car.nWe were unexpectedly charged 16,533,- from our payment card, without prior notice, at the same time as they sent a completely incomprehensible invoice. Europcar Gothenburg claims that we have caused a small scratch on an interior in the back of the car, where they have only sent an incomprehensible picture. Asked for more documentation, but they only refer to the fact that there was nothing about this damage on the rental document.nComplained to customer service, but after several weeks they have not responded.nIt turns out that Europcar's insurance does not cover internal damage even if you have purchased additional insurance.nIt can suddenly become very expensive to rent a car from Europcar Gothenburg, and therefore recommends using other rental companies.
