Purchased a new car with a trade in. The Sales person we worked with was personable, helpful, and highly customer centric throughout, which created enjoyable buying experience in working with this Toyota dealership location. In 3 to 4 years when we look to buy a new car again, this will be the first place we will start looking!
Booked time 8:00, my car was standing in parking till 12:30 when they picked it up and start repair. Time management?nAlso small plastic part was broken during frontglass change which I noticed myself when picking up the car, good that your mechanic Tony was there so he made whole service experience a little better.
We used to be a happy customer for almost 2 years.nThis season they made us buy new wheel nuts as the old ones would not fit the summer tires. They fit the last two summers, though...nThat was the last time, we've been to this shop.
The best customer service and they have a good dialogue to the customer.nnThis is the best Toyota store and repair shop.
