The experience for car service is dismal here. There is little availability and the web form misleads you to be able to register for troubleshooting when it can only be booked via the phone or in person.nnBeen servicing my car with Jbil Upplands Väsby the past few years but unfortunately their workshop shutdown recently. Miss the service staff at Upplands Väsby who are glad towards customers and go the extra step for errands big or small. Also miss the professional attitude of the staff who promptly called me back to help with enquiries or texted me as soon as the car was ready to be picked up.nnAt Vällingby, the phone line for service bookings, the workshop or general service enquiries go unanswered for prolonged periods during opening hours. I waited each time for up to 30mins without anyone picking up. For my recent car service, no one texted me when the car was ready.nnAt Upplands Väsby, the staff usually calls back soon even if they don't managed to pick up at first. Vällingby could consider an automated service that registers customers' calls and assign these callbacks to customer service.
We have been customer for JBIL vällingy for 3 years.nThe first time that we signed the contract for leasing, they called us and informed that the car has changed but it is exactly the same with just a different registration number, but when we got it it was a different car with different options.nThis time we went there for leasing a car again. We went there 3 times for test drive and every time they said the car is not charged yet and asked us to come back later. When we left they informed us that the car is already sold! So disappointing with their service.
Not recommended I bought a car from jbil vallingby they sell me a car without engine oil, car coolant fluid , brake fluid car silencer broken very bad car
Buying this lovely car from Jbil was made possible by the warm reception i got from the salesman and his explanation of the car and the different models of the same year, if not for him i would have regretted buying the other model that was not full option. three happy cheers to Jbil team.
Brought a used Peugeot from here and I am very happy that I did. I would have a brought an different trim level than the top trim level from other dealer for almost same price if JBIL didn't helped. The dealer is knowledgeable and service minded, explained everything about the car and difference with the equipment level I was looking for, and arranged test drive and presented many financial options up on request without hesitation. Yet to service from here, so cannot comment on that. The dealer called and checked after a week if everything goes well which is a very good gesture.nOverall a good experience !!
