Falun Centralstation - Parkering

Bad asphalt and the platform is full of cracks so grass grows there and nothing is done about the extremely ugly platform! It doesn't look very welcoming here!

No staff to ask. Train cancelled. Called SJ where we had bought the tickets, they referred us to Bergslagen train. Got new tickets, but the departure time was changed 3 times. We were supposed to arrive in Gävle 2 minutes after our departure with the next train to SundsvallnThey had no newspapers in the kiosk. Wanted to buy sausages there was only one, and there were two of us.

Why not renovate the old station building? It's falling into disrepair :
