Very good prices 20kr on Nocco and Celsius and they almost always have products on sale at the checkout, for example today I saw Pringles for 9kr. Good selection of many different candy bags, drinks and snacks. Incredible staff who always greet you like you're almost friends with. Sometimes they have taste samples at the checkout. They often get news early such as new energy drinks and more. They have many different American snacks and a wonderful TikTok channel. They always help me with my problems and always make sure that problems don't happen. Easily the best kiosk/candy store in Stockholm. Big recommendation.
Really happy with the service I received last day, that guy fixes everything and is always so helpful. All credit, had a complaint that had to be sent back. At the other store they said I had to go home and print the return slip but he fixed it.nI don't even own a printer so he made my day. Lagaplans Godis
Disappointed. Received a package that was broken and completely opened, the guy behind the counter gave it to me anyway and asked if anything was missing if I wanted to take it anyway. Looking in the already opened package I see that there is no attempt to return it, but then his colleague says that they cannot accept if the package is already open and that I have to call and complain. He babbles a lot about regulations and says that he will discuss the rules with his colleague but the damage is already done, I have to accept the open package and try to sort it out myself. Poor staff service and badly done to give me an open broken package, could have handled it better if they notified me directly on the spot.
4 times I have been refused to receive my package, partly because I accidentally wrote my name as Janne instead of Jan, which is the same name and my last name is on the ID, and the picture is of me. It is so annoying and I do not intend to pick up any more packages at Lagaplan. I choose Kärrtorp or parcel box. Unfortunately I received a full parcel box and had to pick up my shoes at Lagaplan. I have not done it yet but will ask someone else to do this as I think kagaolan's sweets are unpleasant and do not have a good reputation at all.
