Does what it's supposed to, but is sadly scaled down because of business decisions, which goes against the hippocratic oath somewhat, doesn't it? Ah, the pains of a capitalistic society...
I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but most health centers in Stockholm have similar ratings, and it's always easier to review something you're unhappy with.nnTherefore, I wanted to tell you that I received a great and friendly treatment from Maria at Meliva, after seeking care for my ear infection. Everything from booking an appointment to the examination was great, went quickly and I felt taken seriously and listened to. I'll be happy to come back!
I took samples twice in one day, one of the nurses on the upper floor was incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. You should have more nurses like that. BUT I was supposed to take samples in the afternoon, Monday, February 16th at 3 pm. I was let in by the receptionist Barbro and sat down and waited outside the waiting room. After a few seconds, a female nurse who was responsible for taking samples and such came with a sour face and said that she had been waiting for me for a long time and that I should come into the room immediately when I entered the corridor, although I was directed by Barbro to wait outside the waiting room. I was incredibly surprised, I had just sat down, I don't understand how she waited for me for so long. She was incredibly rude, didn't want to work, and absolutely not responsive. How can a healthcare professional take care of their patients, you should teach your staff!nShe didn't have a name tag but short black hair, an orange wig in the middle of her head and works in sampling! It would have been good for you and for us patients if you had had a chat with her!nThank you!
Long queue for blood tests, which stretched far outside before they opened. Be there half an hour before!
I would like to make a few comments after a visit to your office that unfortunately left me with an unpleasant feeling.nnI came to you to have my blood pressure checked after receiving information from a nurse that the visit would be included. Upon arrival, there was a misunderstanding about this, and I tried to explain what I had been told. Unfortunately, I felt that the treatment from the nurse who followed up the matter was not particularly responsive. I was interrupted several times and felt that I did not have the opportunity to explain my side in peace and quiet.nnWhen I expressed that I wanted to speak to a manager about how I had been treated, I was told that the manager did not have time - something that felt dismissive in an already stressful situation. As a patient, especially with high blood pressure, a respectful and professional treatment is crucial.nnI hope that this can be taken as constructive feedback, with the aim of improving communication and the experience for patients in the future.
