Loved this museum and would highly recommend it. The exhibition we saw was incredible, the shop was well curated, and the bar and restaurant on the top floor is top notch, with a fantastic view.nnFor me, this was one of the best cultural experiences I had in Stockholm.nnIt's also open until 11pm. What's not to love!
Great museum in an old building, interesting exhibitions.nThe bistro is excellent! Ate a pulled pork burger and an apple tart, and it was very good quality for a fair price.nIt has a lounge area, with great photos on rotation on huge screens. Very good ambiance.nIf I visit Stockholm again, this will be a must!
I suggest to prepare for a along stay here, at least 3-4 hours and don't rush yourself. Describtions of photos are amazing, take your time to look and understand the pictures. Also at the shop you can buy posters for a relative good price for a given size 50x70 cm.
An incredible photography gallery in a unique building! I only had 2 hours to spare when visiting, but wish I could have stayed longer. The cafe on the top floor has stunning views. Well worth the visit.
A very interesting museum with Photo exhibitions and a great museum shop, from art books to souvenirs and even some cool clothings are available for sale, particularly there's a corner for the brand Stockholm Jazz Records with their shirts and accessories. Exhibitions changes every few months and the opening hours is super long, from 10-22. The location is a bit far from metro but there's a bus terminal nearby.
