I was pretty disappointed by this museum. It's small and not cheap, but that would have been ok, if the exhibition would have been worth seeing. It was not. There wasn't a lot of Information about the achievements, books, inventions, etc that won the prize. The same goes for the science behind those achievements or their impact. May it be scientific or political or whatsoever. The exhibition consists of a pretty randomly assembled collection of stuff, that once belonged to the laureats. Hats, glasses, books, skiers, test tubes, ... and so on. The most interesting thing were a few terminals, where you could read a few badly written words about the winners of recent years. I also could have done that at home though.
Let me start with the square - a must see here. The museum is nice with highlights the chairs of the laureates in the coffee shop and the hanging winners moving sheets. The shop is also nice to visit.
Such a wonderful learning experience! The bistro food and gift shop was great. Learning about the past laureates, the categories, their impact, was breath taking. I will go back upon my next visit to Stockholm. Hard to consume all in one visit.
This is a small building with a lot of items and information & commentary, so allow a few hours.nAfter the entry fee, the guided tour is free, as is the audio tour on your phone, wifi provided. Ask about the tour when you buy your ticket because you need to have a little blue token to give the guide, as spaces are limited.nThere is also a lot of written information in both Swedish and English, so it’s possible to see everything without a tour, but the tours which have different content add anecdotes and other information.nThe food in the bistro is delicious.nThere are not many toilets, so be prepared to wait, although not for very long.
Really enjoy the presentation of all the Nobel awards. However the museum is small, and it takes only 1 hour to visit the whole museum. So i suggest the adult ticket should be only half of the current price, around 8€. Should be free for the young people under 20, so they have more chance to visit the museum.
