Nice gym, a little in the country it felt like. Good areas for gyms and gymnasiums. The shower and changing room were a bit cramped, like a changing room at a soccer field in the 70s and 80s. But it works.

Okay gym if new and still running the machines. For the rest of us who use free weights, the rating drops because there is only one power rack where queues often arise. Often unable to drive my planned shift.nOtherwise, nice staff and clean and fresh premises. If you drive machines, the rating is rather a 4.

One of the best gyms I've worked out at. Plenty of space during the day and well equipped in terms of weights, dumbbells and machines. There is also a sandbag and more crossfit-specific equipment.

Nice staff and not at all too expensive prices. Not a very big gym and not much space between the machines.

The location and session with leaders and participants was fun, challenging and contained both strength and fitness!! Lovely start to the day
