Nice gym, a bit of a country feel. Good space for gym and exercise. Shower and changing room were a bit uncomfortable, like a changing room at a football field in the 70s and 80s. But it works.

Okay gym if new and still running the machines. For the rest of us who use free weights, the rating drops because of only one power rack where queues often occur. Can't frequently run my planned workout.nOtherwise nice staff and clean and fresh premises. If you use machines, the rating is more of a 4.

One of the better gyms I've worked out at. Plenty of space during the day and well equipped with weights, dumbbells and machines. There's also a sandbag and more crossfit-specific equipment.

The location and the session with leaders and participants was fun, challenging and included both strength and fitness!! Great start to the day

Nice staff and not at all overpriced. Not a very big gym and not much space between the machines.
