Nordic Wellness Gråbo

Compact gym, lacks some machines but there's a lot on a small space. Lockers and showers. The showers work as exchange rooms.

Just opened today instruments are not new.

Very small gym, but they still have electric plates and electric bars. Two racks, a comp bench. Unfortunately, carpet everywhere and no hard surface underfoot for e.g. bending or ground.nDecent selection of dumbbells and space to use them, but as I said small gym.nnStable opening hours, carefully selected machines to be Nordic.nnIt is absolutely possible to train here if you don't have super high demands or can't bear to go any further.

What happens to NW Gråbo?nMessy. Tired staff. Broken vending machines. Broken machines. Dumbbells that are broken and crooked. Generally dirty and poorly stocked with paper etc. Why are the staff sitting on their phones instead of picking and keeping the place fresh?nI'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes to Alingsås these days.
