i took the train to the wrong direction and ended up there. the security officer was very nice and help me find my way back to where i wanted to go.

Good location and well-maintained; the elevator may as well not exist though - it's old, tiny, and has a heavy push-pull door on either level. And seeing as this station is due for demolition in a few years anyway, I doubt this will change.

Even if many of reviews are low scale, but I didn't see anything wrong in this rather important station.nIt's very close to some important landmarks of Stockholm and it does have a connection into tvärbanan.nThe place was also very clean and not that crowded.

There is a young women at the ticket office with a disgusting attitude and behaviour. We bought tickets through the machines and she didnt open the gate for us for 10 minutes and made us miss the train. There was another staff in the office he didn't even bother looking at us. She was clearly being racist to us because she opened the gate for others while we was waiting. Her attitude ruined our day and mood.

It is a decent place for many things. A great shopping centre with several restaurants...
