I ordered a tap but immediately changed my mind and used the provided form to cancel the order. Given that the delivery time was over 10 days, I assumed canceling wouldn't be an issue. However, I received no response from customer service and the item was shipped regardless. Upon receipt, I never opened the package and once again used their form to initiate a return. It took a long time to receive any reply, during which they claimed IT issues delayed the processing of my cancellation request. I find that hard to believe.nFurthermore, they demanded a 99kr return fee, which I contested unsuccessfully. Their return process includes overly detailed instructions about the type of tape to use for packaging, which seems designed to minimize their costs at the customer’s expense. While the product might be fine—I never opened it—the online customer service experience has been very disappointing.
Lots of bathroom products on display. Especially liked that it's possible to try different bathtubs.
Purchased a wooden floor mid 2023 after viewed in showroom and recommended by sales associate. Unfortunately, when delivered, the floor was damaged and not at the show room quality which lead to repair costs twice as high as the purchase price. No compensation at all from Golvpoolen and a poor service in general. We are currently in the process of suing the company for the damages. Not recommended at all.
I reviewed the shop with one star and describing it with very bad customer service. I was contacted by the manager of the shop straight away and he now is fixing everything went wrong during the months we were ordering stuff from them.nnI appreciated it, so I move from 1 star to 4. He’s been very professional and effective.nnThank you.
I ordered a spare part online and collected it from them. They were helpful and kind and accepted that I collect it after 6.30 pm while it was mentioned the last collection time is 17.45. They have a good collection and nice display
