They want 487 kr for returning a product that costs 780Kr. They claim that this fee is because I didn't pick up my package so they had to pay for DHL. Well, I called DHL and they told me that Toolab paid them only 277Kr not 487 Kr as they claim.nnA pure scam company don't buy from them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Really slow delivery. Had to wait 8 extra days. And customer service just ignored me. They had no interest in fixing the problem. Do not buy there!!
Slow delivery, 2 weeks, and response through email.nWhen package arrived, worth 6800:-, all items where just thrown in a box and taped up. Batteries and charger with out any protection with boxes of wood screws which of course broke in transport.
Good store if you need some power tools or repairs
