Göthlins Café

I'm travelling by bike over 2000 km, and sometimes I need to recharge my devices. One of the staff was so so helpful and welcoming, helped me to chose amazing vegan food and found me 2 sockets and unplugged one lamp from the wall to fit my charger to charge my devices. After some time a man also from the staff just came and unplugged my charger from the electricity without my consent, in a louder tone of voice said something to me in Swedish, I asked if he spoke English, he turned his back and went I to the kitchen... After a while the same staff person that helped me earlier told me we'd have to find another solution for me - and even though she wanted to help I was feeling shocked and impacted by what the man did, and didn't have a sense of being welcomed in there, so I left.nnMaybe he is a nice guy on a bad morning, and I've have like to receive much more understanding and clear communication before someone just acting as he acted.

This was the best räksmörgås I've had on Öland. I cannot pinpoint why it was so good - maybe the ratio of toppings, or the nice bread? I think it might be due to the fact that the tomato was layered into it, and not on the side.nnBut really, all I know is that it was delicious and I loved it!

Lovely Café- inside and outside with yummy healthy food! They have vegan and gluten free options, so delicious! Wraps, cake, good coffee, nice people and dogs next to the ocean nHighly recommend!

Great place, the best coffe on Oland, which you can refil how much you want. Very, very nice Owners. You feel like at home. We will come back each time we will be on Oland.

Probably best coffee shop in island. Great coffee, home made sweets and welcoming staff. Cozy outdoors sitting area.
