Good place I recommend
Incredibly good treatment!nThe purchase went smoothly because Hammo came to pick me up in Karlstad.nThe condition of the car was exactly as stated in the ad.nWhen I got home to Enköping, I discovered a few things that were broken. After an email and a phone call, it worked out - I hand the car in to a local workshop and Gräsdalens Bilar takes the invoice!nAll in all, it is worth taking a detour to Värmland to do car shopping. A good treatment and smooth problem solving is worth a lot :-
My friend and I were on our way home after being in Norway. Drizzling all the way home and when we were about to turn off to fill up, the windshield wipers stopped working, it was chaos as we could hardly see anything but we made it to the gas station. Once there, we were recommended to go to the car workshop which was right next to Gräsdalens Bilar. Yes, I wrote low because it had gone bankrupt, but Gräsdalens Bilar took us in and helped us on the trot. When they found the fault, they called around to find us a spare part. Unfortunately, of course, our spare part was not available at the moment & we had had to wait a while & we decided to try to wait out the rain instead. But oh what treatment!!! So kind and helpful, would recommend everyone to go here!
Recently bought my first car from them, I'm nervous and afraid that the car won't be what I want. The staff there did everything they can to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the car and that the car is perfect. Very pleased and thank you so much for all Gräsdalen's cars
I bought a car from them immediately after test driving and didn't look at all how the engine looks or if all the lights work as the salesman kept talking about the car working flawlessly and that it had been reconditioned, stupid as I was I agreed to it and after having driven the car home it was discovered that the low beams were out of order, the central locking was broken, the window could not be rolled down and when you open the engine head it turns out that the car was not on at all recond as it was full of dust/oil.nPoint it out and they offer to fix the fault which they did after a couple of days and the guy who was fixing the car was not at all happy about it as he claimed it was all made up, the next day the battery started to fail which meant that you couldn't come to work, something I didn't hear about at the time considering how they treated me.nBuy a car from another car company is my recommendation.
