We had a breakdown with our Ford during our vacation in Sweden. The support, the service and the friendliness of the workshop team and the colleagues at the information desk were great. The car could not be repaired in time due to lack of spare parts, but we did not have to pay anything for the expenses incurred: Thank you very much!

I had trouble with the stereo/radio asking for code and just went to the nearest technician and asked for some advice and assistance. Issue solved within 10 minutes. And while I was there, I came to think about other issues with the car which I asked them to take a look at.nAll in all I was at Helmia about 40min, and the technician didn't charge me anything for the effort. Got a price estimate of the needed repairs.nGreat reception and very nice personal.
