My son and I came to pick up the parcel 1.5 hours before the store opened. That is, the store was still closed. The employee saw us through the glass door, opened it, very politely asked what we wanted. I said that I wanted to pick up the package, but I did not know that the store opens later. The employee very politely said he would give us the package now. Thank you for your customer orientation and humanity!
After producing photo ID UK resident permit card and providing the collection ID and showing my bank card that also proves who I say I am , they refuse to give me my package . Even though the name on the package matches BOTH forms of ID.nnWhen you don’t have common sense to think for yourself ,this is what you get .
Bad service. They lost my package and very rude. They even lie with their comment below. Never send your package here.
