Found this place accidently. Amazing restaurant and cheff. 10/10nWorth to visit even if it's not on your way.nHighly recommend to ask cheff for surprise :

We got a table without reservation without waiting. The staff was really attentive and friendly! The Menue is only in Swedish but google translate is your friend ; also the waiter helped out with some explanations.nThe schnitzel was huuuuge! But soo good!!nCan recommend a visit!

Beef tartar was absolutely tasteless. Served with huge uncut pickles. French fries are covered with some spice, the same kind as they use in kebab pizzerias. Capris were standing in those take away plastic cups way too long - smelled and taste pure alcohol. Got to return that dish, could not eat it.nnPizza was okeish. Not any better than average kebab pizzeria, way too much Parmesan though.nnYoung people working inside were very polite and pleasant. The interior is nice. Food on other people’s plates did not look appetising.

During our 3 days stay in Vimmerby the best restaurant around. We booked a table online on the same day, everything worked fine!nService is friendly, the boss himself even funny. nFood quality was excellent and slightly surpassed our slightly elevated expectations. We had pizza margarita and the chicken sandwich, both well executed. The ice cream afterwards tasted hand made using real vanilla!nCan only recommend this location, but reservations essential: the restaurant was full throughout the whole evening…

Amazing! Really nice service and food. We had the Toast Skagen and something with sweet potatoes and goat cheese. Highly recommended. Tack!
