Bought a car for 160,000. Very quickly we discovered the majority of errors. We went back and talked to the staff. They were very nice in their communication and fixed all the errors wherever they arose, even if it meant going to the workshop 3 times.nBut this shows a serious car company that takes responsibility when necessarynIf you choose to buy a car from a company instead of privately, you expect a complete car, approved by inspection, reconditioned and newly serviced. Ours broke at a few points, but as I said, they took responsibility and have always been super nice and helpful. Recommend buying a car from them.

We are so incredibly pleased! Hassan has really set the bar for what a car dealer should be! Pleasant, honest and really concerned that everything should feel ok for us as a customer. We went to another company before to buy a car on an ad. We get there and are greeted by a pile of scrap metal. Nothing matched the ad. 3 minutes before closing, we find Hassan's ad and he is of course on his way home to his family. He hears that it's a bit urgent for us and promises to come back to the company if we just wait. Hassan gives us two hours after closing, helps us solve everything and we come home with a great car at a very good price! Hällby bilar AB IS the most serious car company we have bought from and we have bought from many. Even our good friend and mechanic, an extremely skeptical gentleman, chose to stay behind and talk business and cars with Hassan.

Bought a car for 100 thousand, didn't get an extra key, left it at the workshop more than it had been on the road. The key does not work, electrical fault on the car, the engine broke after 4 months. They do not want to be responsible for the repairs. Really bad service and communication from their side. Definitely do not recommend these liars to anyone else! They have literally glued their cars together

Bought a Saab here just before the summer started and after 150 miles the head gasket is fine, it's leaking oil. Do not recommend buying a car here.
