Big thanks to George Ralvid at Hedin Automotive on Elledningsgatan. I just leased a Ford Kuga, and George made the entire process seamless. He was super patient and really put in the extra work—calling various Hedin Bil locations to locate the specific car I needed and even finding me used winter tires. Fantastic service and a genuinely helpful approach. I highly recommend his services if you're looking for a Ford!

Terrible place, I received no contact from them after filling in the online service booking form and had to take contact via the phone myself. During the service it was noted that I required new tyres and I received a quote for the new tyres and labour charges. The quote was a little expensive, but not ridiculous, so against my better judgement I accrpted the quote rather than using an online service. During the fitting of the tyres suddenly came new charges, wheel balancing, wheel nuts etc, which they hadn't realised I needed whilst the original quote was issued, dispite them servicing the car at the time. Eventual price being more than 25% more expensive than quoted

Breaks agreement throughout the entire leasing period, intentionally delays the date for change of ownership so you end up with a fee from the motor insurance association. Advise against doing business here.
