The experience and joy of buying a brand new motorhome was completely ruined by Lindströms Husbilar. We bought a new stock motorhome and settled the deal two months before the agreed delivery date. During those two months, they failed to both functionally test the motorhome and get it registered with the Swedish Transport Administration. It took another 2.5 months after delivery for the car to be fully functional according to specification. Lindströms' lack of responsibility for the situation has left a very bitter aftertaste. I absolutely cannot recommend them for buying a motorhome due to their arrogant behavior.

I highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly. We went there just to see what they had in stock and ended up leaving with a trailer purchase agreement. We started looking at the trailer from the street, and the salesperson immediately approached us something we'd never seen in any other store and explained everything right away, showing us everything. We really liked it. We booked a pickup time, but it turned out we could pick it up earlier, so we saved the time and picked it up pretty quickly. We asked questions via email, and they always responded very quickly and politely. Overall, we were very pleased with everything. Next time, I'll definitely go to them first. Absolutely superb service! Bought a new Knaus caravan online and when we were going to pick it up there were some defects on the caravan but the salesman was direct and compensated us. Friendly service and you really feel important as a customer! It was definitely worth coming over from Finland to shop at Lindströms!
