Unfortunately my experience with Daal Bil has been frustrating. The first day after buying the car the fuel cap wouldn’t open. Later I discovered the battery was weak, which they replaced.nnThe heating system never worked properly and was not repaired during the warranty period. Even worse, the car was not registered in traffic and had no insurance because this was forgotten by the dealership. I drove the car for two weeks before this was corrected.nnBecause of these problems I had to waste a lot of time and make multiple trips back. The only positive thing I can say is that the workshop staff were very friendly and helpful.

Don’t buy car from this company nI bought my dream car from DAAL Bil. After one week, I noticed that the car was missing the privacy protection in the trunk. I didn’t notice this initially because the winter tires were in the trunk when I bought the car, and the privacy protection had to be removed to fit the tires.nnHowever, after 10 days, I discovered that the sealing on the rear doors both sides was loose and filled with sand and dry glue. When I contacted them, they claimed that this issue must have occurred while I was driving the car within those 10 days, and therefore, they were not responsible for fixing it. At first, I thought it was a joke because I had already checked with a Volvo agent Bilia, who confirmed that it was impossible for such a problem to develop within 10 days.nNow, I don’t know what other issues my car might have, but I know DAAL Bil will not take any responsibility if they even answer my calls
