I am extremely disappointed with my experience with RA Motor.nnWhen I bought the car, I was informed that it had been serviced regularly and according to the service schedule. About six months after the purchase, I took the car to a specialized workshop for oil service. I was present during the work myself and what was discovered was very worrying.nnIn order to access the oil plug and oil filter, the protective plate under the car had to be removed. The screws were so badly corroded that several broke during disassembly. According to the workshop, there were clear signs that the area had not been disassembled for a very long time.nnThe oil filter that was on the car was also in very poor condition. The workshop's assessment was that the filter did not appear to have been changed for a very long time, even though the car had reportedly been serviced regularly.nnAs a customer, I feel misled. If a car has been serviced regularly, you should be able to trust that the work has actually been done correctly and that consumable parts such as the oil filter are replaced according to the service schedule.nnAfter this experience, my trust in RA Motor has completely disappeared. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the company to others and will not do business with them again.
