A great camping site with plenty of activities and pool area. The sea is also always close and offer always a protected side depending on the wind direction. Highly recommended
We was in a holiday flat on Orust but there was no wasching machine & launderettes are in Sweden unusual. So we contact three campsites and this was the first one which answers positiv. We are very happy for the kindly service!nBest regards from Germany :
Disappointing! I had a strange experience with this resort!nAfter a cold day I felt the need to relax in a spa! I searched on google for a location that would offer me these services and I didn't take into account how much it might cost me! I found this lovely location at first sight!nI went 4 times, but the last time I didn't want to go in because it seemed disrespectful to me! but I will tell you about the first experiences:n-the first time - I arrived at the location, I paid 250 kr where the entrance to the spa, a sandwich, a coffee and a water was included , and my experience was wonderful!nThe surprise came the second time when I was told that I had to pay for 2 people! I paid 400 kr for the entrance to the spa + 100 kr, the consumption... I didn't understand exactly why because I was alone, but let's say that their policy requires it and I accepted, I overlooked the possible error from the first experience!nThe third time I paid the entrance 250 kr plus consumption 58 kr! Notice that in none of the dates did the entrance cost the same!nThe biggest surprise appeared in the fourth experience when I was told that I had to pay 1000 kr ... in the conditions where a hotel room costs around 1250 kr/day , this being the price for people who are not accommodated, and for people who are accommodated the entrance fee is 500kr!nI can't understand how the prices did and why they oscillate like this, interesting is that every time I met different people at the reception who asked me, logically, if I was staying! However, I want to sound the alarm because things are not working well at all, and they personally brought me disappointment and I felt a lack of respect! for that I will give one , otherwise it is an intimate and quite nice place, but due to the lack of professionalism I do not recommend it!
The stuga was supposed to be freshly renovated, but we find ourselves in a very small unrenovated hut with no blind/darkening curtains so kids have a hard time sleeping. False advertising and no customer service at all. Most expensive stuga we stayed in in Sweden and also the smallest and least comfortable. Tried to talk to management about it but they don’t care at all. Reception said they would get in touch but never heard from them. Pay 5 star prices for zero service and comfort.nnDouble bed in the living area takes up a lot of space, and then the kitchen table is so small and is paired with ridiculous recycled garden chairs. Impossible for five people to eat inside. They don’t seem to think about visitors comfort at all and everything is so not practical when you stay there with a family.nnThe houses and pitches are all very close together, there is no privacy and it feels very crowded. The beach and playgrounds are great and the pool is warm, so at least my kids had a good time. Other than that everything is very expensive and they are stingy, who in the world charges kids extra to use the slide in the pool? We will not come back
Who gave them 5 stars???nnThe staff was totally unprofessional and unprepared, we booked through Booking and it was almost impossible to communicate with them and receive answer to our questions and request through Booking chat. When we arrived, the guys at the reception seemed to be totally unaware of the place where they were working, one of them answered to our questions checking on the website of the hotel, she didn't even know if the pool located just behind the reception had a toilet or a shower.nWe asked for having a sauna in the evening and booked it but when we arrived everything was switched off and we had to go back to the reception, ask to swich the system on and wait 20 minutes for the sauna to be ready.nAlthough on Booking it was not in the list of paid service, they asked for an extra payment for the spa. In addition, the gym, the sauna not working very well and the breakfast required an extra payment.nThe toilets next to the pool where very dirty, in the pool there were no rules, people jumping and dining all the time.nThe cottage very very small, there was no space between the bed and the wall, and they also asked to throw the waste and wash the dishes. Isn’t it a 5 star resort????
