Hello to all you supper club enthusiasts. I’m all excited about getting together this super duper supper club for Hällekind Världhus. No. the svorsk speaking American, did not misspell the name of the place. That is one of many little details I will have to explain with plans with the supper club.

But first, I want to say thanks to you first 20 who registered. You went on my word that I would invite you to an evening food and dining on a near private home style setting. And I am keeping to my word too. Feel free to bring others with you if you like. Just let me know in advance. I have plenty of room for many.

As you now have the first clue to the slight name difference, I will explain a little more.Hällekind Världhus,( World House) supports that supper club is a world concept of dining and socializing. The impression of Hällekind strong cultural since the 1930's continues even today. Therefore, the thought, World House.


As said in presenting myself on the first day of registration my approach to food is easily explained as World Soul Food. And that is because of travels. 30 very curious years has taken me from California via Hawaii and onward to world and . I have cooked my way around the world and taken on a travel name, The Kitchen Tourist which, in short, my food philosophy. As Hällekind Världhus comparably, illustrates the kitchen tourist lifestyle concept. And there could be no better way to balance the two parts than with the supper club.

This is how itl works. You will get a menu and program sent to you by email with a planned dinner date. You are not obliged to be a sworn member or sign anything. Just say if you will come not. I will put up several options and you choose which one you can make. It is a closed door arrangement and therefore, prepaid admission is necessary to mandate.
It’s a non-refundable payment but it can be used for another occasion.

If you are on my invitation list, you are permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages with you.

Out of habit, I will make everything, I mean everything, a theme. For the sake of storytelling. I love storytelling. Don’t everybody? That’s because the world is entertaining and has a lot to tell. But more about that later.
