I am writing to share my recent disappointing experience at your store, which I hope can be addressed promptly.nnI’ve been a loyal and regular customer for over five years, but during my last visit, I was treated in a way that left me deeply unsettled. Due to a recent scam incident affecting my bank account, I forgot to transfer funds between my wallets, and my card payment failed. Instead of offering understanding or assistance, the clerk shouted “Nej!” loudly and abruptly. The tone was aggressive and humiliating, especially in front of other customers. This was not only unprofessional, but frankly, quite frightening.nnAdditionally, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of your fresh produce. The vegetables often appear wilted, and there seems to be little variety or attention to seasonality—something I used to appreciate in your store.nnI am sharing this feedback in the hope that your team can reflect on both the customer experience and the product offering. Regular customers like myself value not only convenience, but also trust, quality, and respectful service.nnI look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in the near future.

Perfect to buy everything you need at home to eatnnThe stuff is very nice tho

Smaller and less choice than the larger stores in Värmdö Marknad, but it mostly have what you need for daily life, and to get in and out is way faster.
