Friendly staff and good quality products

Great store, terrible customer service. Some departments close at like 14:00 even though most people work until 16-17:00. Therefore calling will be unnecessary and the voicemail for customer service is full as well so good luck with leaving a message, let alone reaching someone.

I am shopping there for the last 8 years. Personnel are polite and smiling, I can find almost everything I need BUT lately they have ruined the quality of fruits and vegetables, that's why the 4 stars.

Its strange when there is a high unemployment rate in stockholm among lots of people who has both good personal and professional qualities at the same time there are lots of rude arrogant people who doesn't have any respect to a certain group of customers and are still working as customer service in this store & other places in stockholm

This Coop Forum is one of the best that i have been to, large supermarket,a lot of different sortiments, only place i found maple syrup in a large bottle for the same price as the small bottle.
