I ordered ice skates that arrived with crooked blades. From that moment on, a very long and frustrating complaint process began. After over 25 emails and more than a month of waiting, we finally agreed that the store would provide new blades as part of the warranty claim — with the condition that I would place the order myself and receive a refund.nnI did exactly what we agreed on. I ordered the new blades, the package arrived, and the refund was processed. Unfortunately, when I opened the parcel, it turned out that the blades were not included at all. To make matters worse, I naively added a few other items to the order, trusting that the issue had finally been resolved.nnAt this point, I am still waiting for a solution, while winter is coming to an end and I am left with defective, unusable equipment sitting unused.nnThis situation is especially disappointing because I have worked with this store for years, both as an individual customer and as part of a hockey team. Until now, everything had always been fine. This time, however, I genuinely feel misled and brushed off.nnOnce again, I hope this matter will finally be resolved. When it is, I will remove this review. Unfortunately, so far there have only been empty assurances that “everything will be fine,” with no real action taken.

I bought an expensive stick for my son online in October, The stick broke before Christmas. Hockeystore are refusing to honor the warranty. I will never buy anything from them again. Stay away.

Great shop, lots of choice, easy parking, friendly people and all sweedish people speak english, love it!
