Absolutely fantastic service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Complaints went as smoothly as possible. Got a lot of good tips about riding on the skis. A sports store where the staff are passionate about sports and not like many other stores where you basically just sell cheap sports clothes. The prices were also good.

Picked up my partner's bike today and an uninterested woman takes out the electric bike. The partner asks about baskets and little else and the woman is incredibly tired and tired of having to help. Then she tells me that it must be serviced after three months, which I question with what it is that must be done. She says that wires stretch, that the chain needs oiling and tires need pumping. To which I reply that anyone can do it. Her answer is verbatim: but ski* in that then the guarantee is not valid. So, seriously, how can you answer a customer like that. She could have said that if you don't do the service, unfortunately the guarantees are void. Which in itself is quite bad that you should not be able to lubricate the chain and possibly tighten the cables yourself, but have to pay for this at an authorized crescent workshop. Both the lads and myself were planning to buy bikes there but it won't happen, I will never set foot in that business with such a nasty and grumpy person.nThere will be a purchase of three bicycles in a place where the staff has the basic knowledge of ordinary decent. Unfortunately, this was a lease bike via Region Värmland, otherwise we would have left the bike behind.nUnfortunately, it is not possible to give less than one star.
