I was with my nissan juke at ``sevice'' and was not impressed, a lot of ticks off the list that were not completed :-nAfter contacting Nissan Stockholm, things started to happennspoke to the service manager and received REPAIR REPAIR compensation for the errors in my service.

He turned out to be a seller who gives the customer confidence, he was honest and straightforward throughout the deal.nNo doubt that I gained trust in him, which was also the reason why I bought a BMW in Vetlanda.

We have taken the car in three times - once for them to see so they ordered the correct parts for a broken belt, once to repair said belt, and for a service. All three times we have been told that they will contact us when they are ready. And all three times we have had to contact them instead. At the service they even told the husband to sit down and wait. In other words, it shouldn't take long. We left the car at 7 and at 11.30 the husband called and asked if it was ready.nSuch poor follow-up to customers when they themselves say they will get in touch. Worst place we left the car at.
