Good place and nice treatment

Don't go here if you have an old car. My odometer stopped working and I wanted it fixed. The guy who was supposed to do it spent a minute plugging in a debugger. He then suggested replacing the control unit. Would land at a little over SEK 6,000. The price for this troubleshooting was SEK 1,800. When I got home, I was not happy as I had handed the car in to have it fixed, not diagnosed.nnI googled and tried to find out if it was really the control unit that broke. It turned out that this error was due to the EPROM in the dashboard and not the controller at all.nnOrdered a dashboard from Slovakia for SEK 100 and changed it myself. Now it works. Called Skobes to get the money back, but they refused and said they had done the right thing. If you had done it right, you would have changed the EPROM.nnIf you have a problem that the fault code reader cannot find, skobes in Vetlanda is the wrong workshop.

I was in Skobes both yesterday and today, yesterday I was met by a female salesperson who treated me nonchalantly and was extremely short in our conversation. Today my visit was worse. I walk up to the counter where there are two salespeople who are observing me, but ignore me, neither greeted me nor asked if I wanted help. I just thought they would finish what they were doing, and then help me, but then they turned on their heels and left, I should add that they had seen me, because we had had eye contact a couple of times. Of course you should keep your distance in these times, but that also applies to colleagues, then it is notncustomers=zero contactnColleagues=2 cmnSo I left Skobes in Vetlanda with an unresolved issue and will instead choose Skobes in Nässjö. I feel very unfairly treated, you can't judge a book by its cover... But that was exactly how I felt after my experience. So I won't go back here. Thank you for me!

Long waiting times for service and repairs, etc. No dialogue during repair, got a time when the car would be ready. It took twice as long. You could have chosen another workshop if you had received the information directly.
