Do not book this hotel on Booking.com because the hotel system was compromised and I got scammed. Pls book directly and/or do not click on the link that is sent on the booking.com app. The hotel will not take any responsibility and zero compassion. I lost 357 euros for falling to spot this scam and no one will refund me. It's outrageous. Reddit has tons of info about this as its happening to many travellers. After 12 years of using booking.com I have deleted the app and will avoid it in future. Very sad.nnHotel review: room 217 has a broken window which didn't close so I got very sick with a cold. Other than this and the above it was fine. Location and breakfast are highlights.
I have stayed in a single bed room and they were of good size. I would have preferred blackout curtains all the way through as I got woken up by the light early morning. I like the way you could open the windows completely and get some fresh air.nGood breakfast as well and close to my workplace.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.nI was disappointed by the recent stay at Aiden by Best Western. Unfortunately, this experience has been far below the standards I expect from your brand.nnUpon check-in, I was assigned room 315, which was in an unacceptable state—dirty and evidently not cleaned. I have attached photos to demonstrate the condition of the room upon my arrival. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, she offered a different room on the basement floor room 01. Given that I paid over 4000 SEK for a room with standard windows, being placed in a basement room with only egress windows was neither what I paid for nor what I expected.nnThe receptionist and her colleague then assured me that room 315 would be thoroughly cleaned within 20 minutes. However, upon returning, I discovered that while aerosols had been sprayed throughout the room, the bed linens was unchanged, with the same sheets seemingly left from the previous guest. The pillows were not fresh, and the towels were missing. When I voiced my concerns, both receptionists insisted the room had been cleaned, despite the lack of housekeeping staff on-site at that time. This was not a professional cleaning by any standard, and I felt the efforts to “prepare” the room were superficial and dismissive. It appears that rooms are not being cleaned until the day guests arrive.nnI am deeply disappointed in how this situation was handled, especially as I expected a higher level of service and cleanliness from your hotel. To further add to my dissatisfaction, my original booking was moved from Best Western Solna Business Park to Aiden by Best Western without my consent, resulting in an inferior experience.
A nice and comfy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.nEverything seemed a little relaxed, but in a good way.
Simple yet very well maintained hotel. I’m not sure if this was originally a hotel and then later converted into a hotel, but that was the vibe I got. The staff was wonderful and the rooms very clean! Location is not central but the hotel is located between 3 metro stations so it was easy to get into the city to see the sites. Free coffee and tea all day and the breakfast was better than expected! There is a supermarket down the street which was very convenient.
