### Hotel ReviewnnI recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Here are some key points:nn**Room and Hygiene**: The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. However, it lacked a window, which made it feel quite claustrophobic. I wouldn't recommend booking a windowless room.nn**Breakfast**: The breakfast provided was healthy and of good quality, but the options were quite limited. Don't expect a wide variety to choose from.nn**Location**: The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping mall, but be aware that it is one of the most expensive shopping areas in Stockholm. Additionally, it's not close to the city center; it takes at least 40 minutes by subway to get there.nn**Service**: I had an issue with the heating system in my room, which I reported twice. Unfortunately, it wasn't resolved. Although they provided a portable heater, I felt they should have offered me another room instead.nnOverall, while there are some positives, there are also several areas that could be improved.
- Lights won’t come on when entering the room nor does clicking the light buttons do anything. Standing in complete darkness trying to navigate the room and figure out the lighting situation. Key card required into a black box in an almost pitch black room….n- cold and drafty everywhere, sub 18 degrees in many areas.n- Room key not working for me and multiple other guest.n- bartenders gave wrong directions for hotel room 8007 instead pointing me to 807.n- Poor directions and naming for the 2 seperate elevator systems - leading to long queues of guest using the wrong elevators.n- poor directions to staircase and terrible enclosed designed hallways leading to long queues.n- cheap feeling tech-centric design, black colors everywhere, black outlets, black black black.n- A view directly into dozens of neighbours rooms. Lovely…n- unsatisfied and disappointed with food, although this is a matter of preference.nnGiven the above mentioned hallway size constraints, What would people do in an emergency ?nScary to think about
We got a corner room which was huge and had 3 big windows. Lovely room, unfortunately we only spent the night there. Even the breakfast had a large and good spread. All in all a feel good factor Hotel
Check out is at 11am which isn’t unusual but every hour since 8am one of the cleaners has been knocking on my room not allowing me to sleep. Room itself leaves a lot to be desired particularly in terms of space and the curtains might as well not even be there as they do very little to block any light from coming in. Greeting staff was very courteous and friendly and the accessibility of being next to the mall is very nice.
