You book for a concert. Location couldn’t be better, but 250€ for a night, definitely think twice if you can find another place to stay.nnYou arrive early. No warm welcome, the receptionist responds like you are bothering her day, says to check later if it is possible to “check in earlier” than 15, which already seems incredibly late. You ask info about the concert she mutters something generic.nnYou come back around 13, lovely blond lady, let’s you in right away. The room is a bit of a disaster as you can see in the pictures. Dirty, unmaintained and the walls are practically made of paper.nnYou go to the concert, so close, love it! It finishes 11, you book and pay a lot to get a goodnight sleep as you really need to be rested tomorrow, that’s not possible as the after party starts after the concert and is so loud that you can hear it all the way to the last floor.nnQuality Hotel should be renamed and priced for a massive party hostel for the concert hall which would be great for people to be able to filter their needs not to mention the condition of the facilities.nnDefinitely not suitable for families with kids or people who would like to sleep.nnIf you want to party and don’t mind the details in the room, it is a brilliant place, the music was banging. And the breakfast is 10/10.
Incredibly good hotel with a perfect location! The hotel is walking distance to Strawberry Arena and Mall of Scandinavia, one of the largest shopping centers in the city. The hotel is big and tall like a skyscraper, and the view is incredibly nice. The prices are also quite reasonable.nnThe reception is nice and helpful with anything you might ask. The rooms are large and airy and of good quality.nThe breakfast was varied and of a very good standard, 10/10! This is a hotel that is highly recommended.
Connected directly to the stadium, Quality Hotel Strawberry Arena is an iconic 25-story skyscraper in Solna. Ideal for events and shoppers, it sits steps from Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. The property features modern rooms with distinct circular windows, a large fitness center, and relaxing saunas. Guests enjoy a free organic buffet breakfast and can dine at the sky-high 25th-floor restaurant, which offers panoramic views just seven minutes from Stockholm Central.
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days with my family. We booked two separate rooms, and each room had two beds. The rooms are quite small, but I think they’re a reasonable size for two people.nnWhen we first arrived, both of our rooms had blue carpeted floors. Personally, I didn’t like the carpet because it’s the type that easily collects dust and dirt. At first glance, the rooms looked clean, but there was noticeable dust, such as on the bedside table. I also kept sneezing while using the bed, especially when using the blanket.nnBecause of this, we asked to change both rooms. Thankfully, the staff helped us, and we were moved to another floor where the rooms had oak wood flooring instead of carpet. Those rooms felt much better.nnOne thing you should know is that there is no refrigerator in the rooms. If you have medication or anything that needs to stay cold, you can ask the reception for help. My family had insulin that needed refrigeration, and the staff kindly stored it in the hotel’s refrigerator for us.nnAnother thing to be aware of is that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping by default. If you would like your room cleaned every day, you need to let the reception know. We did this, and they were happy to arrange it.nnThe rooms are quite basic. They include:nn* Two bedsn* A TVn* A small table with two chairsn* A wardrobe with space to hang clothesn* A bathroomnnThe hotel also has a gym and a sauna, which is a nice extra if you plan on using those facilities during your stay.nnOne thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning. It didn’t seem to cool the room much. After looking into it, I found out that the hotel uses a climate control systemI’m not 100% sure but it wasn’t working that well, so maybe that’s why it wasn’t as cold as I expected. Still, the room felt too warm for my liking.nnAnother thing I personally didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. It just wasn’t the type of food I’m used to, and I didn’t find it very filling. However, the rest of my family actually liked it, so this is just my personal opinion.nnThat said, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s right next to Mall of Scandinavia, and the train station is very close, making it easy to get around Stockholm. Everything you need is nearby, which is definitely one of the hotel’s biggest advantages.nnFinally, I want to say that the employees were amazing. Every staff member we spoke to was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely tried to help us with any issue we had. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent service.nnOverall, this is just my personal experience. I’m not trying to discourage anyone from staying here, because what matters to one person may not matter to another. For my family and me, though, the rooms and facilities didn’t meet our expectations, so we personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
One of the worst hotels I've been to. Family room for 3 people. 2 single beds pushed together into one big one and a FOLDING BED in a 4 star hotel, a folding bed that moves all over the room even with a gust of wind and creaks when you breathe near it. The mattress is covered in dark spots. The bed is clean but my girlfriend's whole body started itching as soon as she lay down on the bed. There is no fridge/minibar, no kettle, no tea or coffee either. The walls are shabby. The air conditioning doesn't work. Parking is meager for such a large hotel and is also extra.
