Straight forward business and conference hotel. Rooms are clean and minimalist in style.nnIt’s a large hotel geared for the events at the nearby Strawberry Arena. It’s not your cozy boutique hotel and they are not pretending to be.nnQuality of the food in the breakfast buffet is good, but the large dining room is not exactly a place to hang out and chill.nnThe Social Bar on 25th floor is great and the bartender is doing a good job offering unique Swedish products.nnMall of Scandinavia is right next door which is great for any amenities forgot at home.nnI would recommend this hotel for no BS business and conference stays. Would probably take my companion to another place unless large high end shopping malls is the purpose of the stay/trip.nnAll in all good quality for money.
Very nice hotel clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and room was nice.nStaff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice too.nThe location would be great if you were there for the strawberry arena or the shopping centre next door but if you want to go into the centre of Stockholm then it's abit of a distance and you'll have to get public transport or a bolt.

we booked a superior room with bathtub, minibar and city view. Got a fantastic nice corner room with nice views, but no bathtub or minibar. Hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays and there is no room service. Staff is superfriendly and helpful.
- Lights won’t come on when entering the room nor does clicking the light buttons do anything. Standing in complete darkness trying to navigate the room and figure out the lighting situation. Key card required into a black box in an almost pitch black room….n- cold and drafty everywhere, sub 18 degrees in many areas.n- Room key not working for me and multiple other guest.n- bartenders gave wrong directions for hotel room 8007 instead pointing me to 807.n- Poor directions and naming for the 2 seperate elevator systems - leading to long queues of guest using the wrong elevators.n- poor directions to staircase and terrible enclosed designed hallways leading to long queues.n- cheap feeling tech-centric design, black colors everywhere, black outlets, black black black.n- A view directly into dozens of neighbours rooms. Lovely…n- unsatisfied and disappointed with food, although this is a matter of preference.nnGiven the above mentioned hallway size constraints, What would people do in an emergency ?nScary to think about
