Hotel Expo

Excellent value for money. My room was spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and efficient. I found this hotel was an ideal location for sightseeing Stockholm as it is only a few hundred metres from the train station. There are also shops and restaurants in easy reach.

To the person who was working in reception 31/12 in the eveningnn“I am very disappointed with the way we were treated by the receptionist during our visit. The behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, which is unacceptable for someone representing a hospitality establishment. I strongly urge management to address this matter and ensure that all staff treat guests with the courtesy and respect they deserve. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope appropriate measures are taken to prevent this from happening again.”

Me and my friends booked here thinking it was a hotel with our private bathroom, but we didn't really look at the details and found out later that it's more similar to a hostel our mistake.nn: the room was nice, it was a 8 people space and it was clean, they replace the sheets every day so it was nice to come back to a clean and neat room. The beds were comfortable, but the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything that was happening outside your room. For me this wasn't a problem as I'm a very heavy sleeper, but some of my friends struggled to fall asleep.nn‍: the service was great, they were very helpful and the breakfast was quite wide ranged.nn: location wise it's not near the center of Stockholm, but its near a train station which is less than 5 minutes away by walking, so it's easy to get to the town center. Around the hotel there is shops so if you need anything there is multiple places where you can eat or buy something.nnI personally wouldn't return here because I like to have a big bathroom for myself, but overall it was a okay experience.

Not a place to stay fro any reason. Booking had some nice pictures on website but it wasn’t anything near reality. No windows 2 beds one chair and a cupboard and that’s all

Small Single private room was perfect for short stay. Clean and quiet on my side of the hotel. Nice size breakfast was included with price and the front desk people were all so kind and accomadating. The price fits 3 star hotel and location outside the city, but it is actually just by the train station only 3 stops from Stockholm city! Very happy with my stay.
