The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable, but the rooms are extremely small — more like a matchbox. One major downside is that you're not allowed to bring food from outside, and they expect you to buy food from the hotel, which is quite overpriced. When I expressed that this policy was an invasion of my privacy, the receptionist simply told me she was just an employee and this was the hotel’s rule.nOverall, the hotel did not feel comfortable, and I only stayed for two nights because it was the cheapest option compared to the generally high prices of other hotels in Stockholm.nOn the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near a train station that connects directly to the airport for just 43 SEK. Also, the breakfast was excellent and of very good quality.
You get a great value for your money. It's really affordable, especially for being so close to a railway station and in Stockholm. The rooms are on the smaller side and so is the bathroom. It doesn't look brand new, but it's clean and cozy. There is also a fairly big TV in the room. Every staffmember was very friendly and helpful and you felt welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, quite a lot of options even vegan, lactose and gluten free ones! and there was enough space to start the day in peace, without being stressed even when you eat during the last breakfast hour. Check-in and checkout were uncomplicated, a roundabout positive experience! If I visit Stockholm again, I would definitely consider booking this hotel again.
Hotel is near train station and it was easy to travel to Stockholm city and ok buss to 3arena. The hotel itself was a little tight and the family room we had was very small. The room was very dusty but it was ok. The hallway on the other side, was very dirty and it smelled like barf.
Room was meh. Barely ok enough for a weekend stay where you just need a place to sleep. Considering the bedside table was a wall-mounted slab, there sure was a lot of dust under it. Bed for two made up of two smaller beds beside each other, no rubber padding on the feet so they kept separating making you wake up at night from almost falling in between the beds. Bathroom was okay. Our room was for 4 people, basically two rooms separated with a door, and the second room had no window, there was no ac either so that room ended up being a bit hot.
The hotel had a nice setting and offered a perfect Swedish breakfast to choose from. Being located on the third floor felt a little odd at first but then I got used to it after the first two nights there .nAmazing!
