I stayed at Dialog Hotel Villan and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is located right by the river, offering beautiful views and a relaxing environment — perfect for a quiet getaway. Hello. We stayed last weekend in one of the rooms, chose a junior suite. One plus of this hotel is the location.nWhen we checked into the room, we found that the window in the bathroom was broken and did not close. It was cold outside and it was raining terribly! You can imagine how cold it was in the bathroom and how pleasant it was to take a shower There is nothing in the room!!! Not a hair dryer, which I really needed, since I have long hair, not an iron! Nothing that is usually available in hotels, only 4 plastic glasses and two gray towels! And the cold.nAfter talking on the phone with the manager, he promised that he would try to find someone to solve the problems with the window and hairdryer at least, but, unfortunately, that was the end of it...nIt's not a hotel, it's more like a stable, sorry. With a price of 300 kr. ! We pay in the region of 1600 kr. per night! I do not recommend it to anyone and I myself will pass this place by another road!
The worst hotel I ever entered. Hotel villan in gothenbrg, the bathroom door doesn't work we got stuck inside. it's to warm and dirty inside the room. We check out and they didn't even pay oss back our money. Don't take them seriously
Warning for bedbugs in this hotel. Won’t come back here after finding a big bed bug that had feed on me in the night. Did not check reviews before booking here and have to regret it now that everything we had brought must be sanitised.nThe breakfast is simple but adequate. The service is nonexistent and room is outdated, shabby and dirty. Definitely not worth any discounts or offers. Only good thing is the scenic location but that’s about it.
Breakfast buffet 150kr per person. Very cozy and quiet.
