Great value for money! Friendly service at the reception. Free coffee, tea, fruits and cookies available at the reception all day. There is also a possibility to buy small warm snacks pizza, toast. The breakfast is included and is simply fabulous meatballs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, incl. options for different food allergies. Rooms are modern, clean and have a good standard overall. There is also a wellness area and a common room. The hotel is in a walking distance to the bus/train station. Recommended!
Clean, simple rooms. A bit too hot during this summer night. The rooms really were clean, I always look for mould in the bathroom and there was absolutely none! nThe kids locked themselves out and the concierge returned 30min after leaving to let them in, losing 1hr of his time off, super service nBreakfast was varied and should cover most wishes. You can buy beer and pizza slices in the reception until 22 and 21 o'clock respectively. We didn't know and came busting in with our pizzas, we got serviced with plates and cutlery, the kitchen was closed, but still. Awesome service!
Great hotel to stay. Enjoyed sauna and evening at TV in launge area. Exactly like at home. High level of service thanks to personal of the hotel. Tasty breakfast. Recommend
An amazing place to stay in the center of the town. The hotel is located in a perfect location near the train station, close to restaurants and bars, and right next to the bus station. The rooms are comfortable and clean with all amenities one would expect from a hotel like this.nnThe staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help you with anything you need during your stay, whether it’s providing directions or helping with your luggage. In addition, they have a relax sauna & jacuzzi section that they offer for guests’ that’s worth a try.
From the moment i stepped in i sensed they only wanted to make money on me and husband. Coffee was freely available but if one would like to take it into own thermos it cost 50 crowns ridiculous. We were billed on full spa time albeit there only being 1h 15minutes left when we booked it. No BW coupons for regular clients, but we were offered parking which we did not need. But we could not get the spa to compensate the lack of coupons. The breakfast menu was unappetizing. The male personnel were much kinder but the female evening personnel was after every crown she could snatch from us. Did not feel welcome and it was definitely not worth the money we spent. Should cost max 350 sek/night at the current quality.
