Really rogue actors! They supply a faulty transmission and then refuse to reimburse me for their error. Difficult to get hold of, rude treatment! After weeks of trying and pushing, finally get a refund. Stay away from these pranksters!

The pig in the sack.nnClass A on spare parts, means that the part is really good.nIn telephone contact, they are then happy to hang up on you, if you have opinions or complaints about things they sold.nNo warranty on things they sold.nForget that you get any compensation whatsoever.nnMy advice. Feel free to check out another car disassembly if you want to get the right stuff, treatment and guarantees.

Ordered a side mirror for my Volvo via the car parts base website from Hovmantorp's company. Got a really muddy part home, could at least dry it a bit?nnThen I get an email six months later that I haven't paid and that they will send the case to the bailiff if I don't pay immediately. Tried calling the company but got no answer, had to Email my proof that I made an advance payment via Swish.nnWould not recommend this company from my experience.
