This association serves the purpose of making financial and material contributions to support dog and cat shelters in the Balkans, of working to increase awareness to the European Union of the situation of dogs and cats in the Balkans, and of representing the dog and cat shelters that are working on making adoptions to Sweden. The association is independent of political and religious organizations in Sweden and in other countries.

Udruga ima za svrhu da sa financijskim i materijalnim doprinosima podrzi skloništa pasa i mačka na Balkanu, da radi na povećavanju svijesti u Europskoj Zajednici o situaciji pasa i mačaka na Balkanu, da zastupa skloništa pasa i mačaka koje rade na njihovom posvojenju u Švedsku. Udruga je nezavisna od političkih i vjerskih organizacija u Švedskoj i u drugim zemljama.
