Very bad experience 2 times... This time their self check is frustrate me... It's useless...waste even my more time.. showing things that I didn't bought.. Not enough staff.. I have to wait alot for help assistance..nLast time staff not accept app bar code and stand me up until my husband come from home to bring ID care than other staff accept from app n said her colleague don't know about this app things.. Behave Like nothing..no apologise etc...nIt's fair to stand customer for long as ur other staff not enough information..? N calling my husband from home...so my member ID can work..nvery stressful not recommended

Unpleasant staff... They give uncessary stress to my wife by standing her for long and not accept her membership bar code from app, said we don't have this service even though she saying my husband always used it but staff old lady have no idea about this service herself... I have to come all the way from home and than diff staff lady on counter quickly accept from me same thing which my wife showed earlier and just say... Ohh other staff didn't know about it..we will tell her..nLike seriously..??. Is this service u provide..my wife with toddler n all grocery staff waiting long for me to reach there to show same thing she showing but other staff didn't even help.. Worst staff service
