ICA Supermarket Mariastaden

Ica supermarket is the typical Swedish and great place to buy almost anything for your daily needs. They have everything from milk, coffee, juice, ham, bread, cheese, sugar, ice cream, candy, food, barbecued chicken, honey, fruit, flowers, glue, sticky tape, energy drinks and they also have kitchen tools etc. Everything in here is really clean and correct and the service is really good, they always try to help you with a smile on their face which I appreciate a lot. They had 4 checkouts before and they’ve recently upgraded to have 3 normal checkouts and 1 fast check out with 3-4 options where you can pay with card and actually scan all your stuff which saves you a lot of time, specially for me. It’s very handy and it also make everything easier for the customers and those who work there.nThe opening hours are very easy, everyday from 7am til 10pm, very easy and really good.nThere is also a pharmacy, a gym and a few restaurants just beside ICA which makes the store the center of everything. When you enter the store, just right to the left they also have a post apartment where you can grab stuff you’ve bought online and send things as well. If you compare the prices in here with any other supermarket, it might be a little higher but for that you get things with better quality. : PS. They also have some great avocado and quinoa that I haven’t found anywhere else.

Good place to shop, small but have all I need in the day by day

Sometimes the price tag placed on the different product , bad information. You have to be advance in Swedish to buy things from this store coz the signs are confusing. I'm updating information the price tag were placed rightly, but the woman who is at cashier didn't follow the promotion compegn on the price tag/ or rather didn't pay attention to the job as a cashier that were supposed to update all prices and promotional items in the store even if I had already informed her it was a promotional price but she refused that I had it wrong.nAfter discussing with my friends that this was wrong. So last time I was there I had to take photos to show her and explain that all of my friends have been buying the same item in a different price from me she did double check and found out that it was her who did not update information and even though she did not say apologize to me but she did refund me that one time despite many other times I have bought earlier but I have thrown away the receipts already so..nso I'm giving more stars to the place anyway.

Fail to protect their customers from parking fines at ICA pakering. Parking attendants are constantly on the look out to catch shoppers who either forget the parking permit or don't make it back from the store in time with a permit the store provides which they don't always have Böter if you arrive before 7am or don't make it to your car after 10pm when the store closes.

Its queit good supermarket where you can get many things needed for us on daily basis. Having it been lil outskirts, well equipped with all items to shop with fair prices. I beung an Indian, needs rice, wheat much, i have request to place some additional indian grocery items as well
