I have never before felt the need to give a rating lower than the minimum allowed  until now. On three separate occasions I have complained about being harassed by beggars sitting at the entrance.nnThe first time, I was treated with shocking rudeness and hostility. The second time, the same dismissive attitude was repeated. And most recently, just a few days ago, the female cashier went even further: she refused to believe me, openly questioned me as a customer, and finally told me that “there are other stores you can choose.” My answer was simple: it is we, the customers, who pay your salary – not the beggars outside.nnThis attitude reveals a total contempt for customers. Instead of addressing a clear and repeated problem, the staff choose to belittle, dismiss, and insult the very people who keep the business alive.nnAnd as if that were not enough, the store itself is an environmental disaster. Vast empty spaces are left unused, transforming what should be a supermarket into something resembling a hollow cathedral. Heating, cooling, and maintaining these dead areas is the opposite of climate-smart retail. Every square meter that could have been used efficiently is wasted for the sake of pointless “openness.”nnThe combination of repeated harassment at the entrance, hostile and insulting service inside, and blatant environmental irresponsibility makes shopping here not only unpleasant, but shameful. If it were possible, I would rate this store far below zero.nnAnd finally, to answer ICA’s own comment that “there are other stores I can choose”: yes. And I will. I will never set foot in ICA Hörby ever again.

Very happy with thair services and products. Very well sorted and fresh. Nice to customers.

Amazing grocery store with huge selection

Please smile your on candid camera! You cannot explain any other way, which idiot thought it is a good idea to place a number system for cashing out at a supermarket. I was told it is the only supermarket, all over Sweden, who runs such a foolish system.  You do well to cross over to the other side of the street and visit the Netto supermarket. This was really a worse experience in Skane, Sweden.
