ICA Kvantum Hörby – Fresh store but inconsistent servicennICA Kvantum in Hörby is an incredibly fresh and well-organized store that offers almost everything you could wish for. The selection is impressive, and the store is always well-arranged and visually appealing. However, it's hard to determine whether it's a pro or a con that so many vegetables are wrapped in small plastic packages. The use of plastic feels excessive, and many fruits and vegetables have a glossy surface – possibly wax – which gives them an artificial appearance. It’s difficult to say if this is positive or negative, but it certainly stands out.nnThe store also has a large and spacious parking lot, making shopping convenient. Additionally, there’s an ST1 gas station and a car wash right next to it, which makes it easy to take care of several errands at once.nnThe service, however, is somewhat of a mixed bag. The staff’s attitude can vary greatly. Sometimes, you receive friendly and helpful service, but other times, it’s the complete opposite. During my most recent visit, I was served by a female cashier whose arrogance ruined the entire shopping experience. She barely looked at me and gave off a very unprofessional impression, which is not something I’m used to at ICA stores. It’s a shame because service is often one of ICA’s strengths, but in Hörby, it feels rather mediocre.nnOverall, this is a fresh and nice store with a great selection and conveniences, but the inconsistent service brings the rating down. My overall impression lands at a strong three or perhaps a weak four out of five.

Amazing grocery store with huge selection
Please smile your on candid camera! You cannot explain any other way, which idiot thought it is a good idea to place a number system for cashing out at a supermarket. I was told it is the only supermarket, all over Sweden, who runs such a foolish system. You do well to cross over to the other side of the street and visit the Netto supermarket. This was really a worse experience in Skane, Sweden.
I really like this store, but even though I have shopped here for years, I still don't see the point of having to take numbers instead of organising standard lines.nGreat selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats, cheese and lots more!
