I had the misfortune of meeting the lady in charge of the bread department at this ICA store. She was a very unpleasant, rude, extremely arrogant and unsympathetic person. I hope that her way of dealing with customers is not representative for this store. I am so annoyed and disappointed by the way she handled the problem the bread box.
This grocery store is very conveniently placed and well stocked. It is expensive. And if you want to ask something you have to go to the person doing billing. Some items don't have names or price displayed which becomes difficult for a foreigner. English names would be so helpful. Staff is ok.

Prices are super high but that's not what bothers me. Every time I see a good deal and I decide to take it, I later check the receipt and I discover that in the end they made me pay full price. Today I bought two bottles of oat milk that they claimed to be 30 sek for 2 bottles a very good deal, the same I would pay at Lidl so I got 2. Well, in the end I paid 46 sek. One month ago it was the same with some beans. Do I have to check the receipt every time I buy groceries? Keep the price as high as you wish but don't cheat like this on your clients.
Pretty big and good variety för an Ica nära. The staff was helpful and friendly. A bit expensive but convenient!
