In germany it would be a typical Lidl Store . They made some Special things for here in sweden , Like the Open Sweets Shelf. But if you Compare to other Supermarktets here in Sweden it Looks Dirty and chaotic….. . Only two employee , Not as clean as other Supermarkets . If you Change the Language to engl. on the Self checkout , there Are still things in the Menu in german .
Very bad service. Worst receptionist at night. Non cooperative and very weird. Never met any person like this in any scandic ever
We got most of the items that we needed l, but I think their toiletries section is a bit limited. They also have self-service cashiers which made it faster to check out. Aside from that, you can drop your plastic bottles and cans here for recycling.
Dear allnI was waiting 16 months to share my experience about this store here in case to see the things better but, same story every day..nnAs someone who spend minimum of 3,000 kr per month in Lidl, I would like the service to be better in this store.nThere is a loot of space to work on the organization in the store.nMostly friendly and welcome staff.nnLong lines at the cash.nEvery morning when I buy breakfast in this store, the self-service cash registers are mostly always closed.nnCroissants with hot dogs are semi-raw, sometimes almost inedible. The dough is not baked enough.nI buy three pieces, I will definitely have to throw one away because it's raw.nnBakery products on the shelves are often unavailable, they are dry, right next to the entrance and they are not protected from dust and dirt, often with flies flying around..nnAs a member of the Lidl plus, I visited almost all Lidl stores in Stockholm, where I do my shopping.nnThis one is really bad.nThe HR and Product management urgently needs to come up with a strategy to fix these things.nThere is still a lack of staff to be available to customers.nnI will not comment on the prices, they change from day to day, but what is certain is that Lidl is no longer the market leader and that the standards have obviously decreased.nnDisappointment.
Staff is often very unpleasant and rude. I was just in the store and wanted to buy heavy cream. I noted that the expiration date was 2 days hence today 15th, expiration 17th. The store staff offered me 30% discount, but the cashier refused in the most rude manner. She stated that 15->17 is three days and that I can’t get any discount. I told her that the staff in the dairy section told me I could, which she responded rudely to once more. The same cashier is always extremely unfriendly to everyone and everything.
