The staff are activists and deliberately make mistakes to mess up and delay, enter the wrong amount and pack the wrong things deliberately. Trying to manipulate the customer and make fun of them. Since their own behavior exposes them with all the desired clarity to anyone who is not from the same small community, they appear like trolls in the sunshine. Pathetic and a shame because it is such an incredible service profession to sell in a store, but probably demand is a reduced and not as weighty a factor since the supply in the countryside is so limited. The treatment in this store was really bad. Even though we were in a hurry, it took a good 45 minutes to pay. Had taken a longer detour to shop there. Next time, we will instead shop at another similar franchise.

Nice shop, but very cramped and hard to get an overview. But the staff was very nice and helpful!nnMy partner and I were discussing which knife set for the kitchen we should have, we were a little unsure about knife lengths. Then an assistant came up to us and asked if we needed help. We even got to open the packaging to look at the knives. So yes, it was a successful and affordable purchase.nnWe will definitely stop by more times when we are passing by.
