IKEA City - Stockholm

Visited the Ikea restaurant. Lives up to its reputation of value for money meals and quick service. There is space inside the restaurant behind and in the front of it in the mall foyer.

Smaller than the store in Canberra, no doubt because it’s in the centre of the city.nHas basics of each department on display and a nice restaurant.nVery helpful staff who speak English.nToilets “100 bathrooms” nearby for €1 cards accepted

I had the opportunity to visit Ikea in its home country, Sweden. We visited Ikea City, in Gallerian Mall, Stockholm. The menu served was not much different from the menu at Ikea in several countries that I have visited. Of course we chose Swedish Meat Ball. A little below expectations, because it turned out the taste was not much different from other Ikea that I have visited. The menu available was not as much as the menu at Ikea in other countries. At least, it is okay to try the Ikea menu in its home country

This is one of the best ikea stores we checked in. Restaurant was too good and cost friendly for tourists. We tried their famous ikea meat balls and cake. Tasted good. I really loved their way of packing food

The typical IKEA lunch menu starts at 11:00. The portions seem smaller compared to places like Germany, but they’re still delicious and offered at great prices. For breakfast, you can enjoy a coffee and a cinnabun for almost nothing—definitely a nice treat
