The worse customer service for home delivery I have ever experienced. They can't give a slot of 5 hours to deliver something and then expect that you will availabe exactly when they called you. I know I have a delivery for sure I will be at home to receive it.nnI missed the call for delivery and they just marked my delivery as not being able to deliver. I try to contact them as fast as posible 7-10 minutes later but the driver didn't want to talk english with me and just wanted me to call Ikea and sure I did. Do you know who respond? An useless AI bot that makes me waste 20 minutes of my life.nnThe delivery system sucks, you should implent something like dhl where they called you one time to make sure you are home and tell you that they will arrive in 20 minutes, but if that fails called again when you are in my door. Im really angry, you pay 80 euros for this delivery and service and if you miss the driver call they wanted you to pay again. Are we crazy or stupid?nnYou have made an enemy today IKEA, you should implement a real time traking for deliveries so the user can see in real time how many stops are until the delivery and can expect some aproximate time during the 5 hours of your delivery slotnnYou should also improve your useles bot that just talk about AI and is a useles thing, if I call you I want a person to talk with not AI bot with 3 useless option that will offer me a link that doesn't work at all. To contact a person I needed to respond wrong to the bot because otherwise I only got a link to my deliverys that didnt nothing. What a waste of time.nnTake this feedback and learn something plis.

Unfortunately, the food fell well short of expectations. The fountain drinks were also extremely diluted and tasted almost like water. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that the drinks are supposed to taste that way. That response was disappointing, and the overall experience was not convincing. Based on this visit, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.
